Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply within these Terms and Conditions:
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for trade or professional purposes.

Distance Contract: a contract concluded via an online platform.
Right of Withdrawal: the consumer's right to withdraw from a purchase within a specified period.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and orders placed through our online store.

All offers are without obligation.
We reserve the right to change prices and stock availability at any time.
Article 5 – Contract
The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of the order.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Article 7 – Refunds
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.
Article 8 – Customs, VAT, and Import
All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
This means:
- The customer is responsible for all customs duties and VAT
- Additional charges may apply upon delivery
- The customer must comply with local import regulations
Robbo & Co. Gold Coast is not liable for delays or additional costs related to customs.
Article 9 – Payment Security (CESOP)
In accordance with European regulations, payments may be recorded under the CESOP system.
Article 10 – Warranty
Products conform to their description upon delivery.
Defects must be reported within 14 days.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are delivered within up to 30 days.
Delays may occur due to international transport and logistics.
The customer is responsible for customs procedures.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of identifying the issue.
We will respond within 14 days.
