RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, with all parts and packaging included.
  2. There must be no signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
  3. Hygiene-related products must be cleaned prior to return.
  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we determine that the product has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return an Order

To initiate the return process, please send an email to:

The email must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage)
  • Full name
  • Address

You will then receive instructions and the correct return address.

Important:
Please do not send the parcel back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the exact return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

As orders are processed automatically immediately after being placed, we are unable to cancel them once they are already in the shipping process.

If the parcel is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and then proceed with a return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
